14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify, items must meet the same return conditions listed above (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).


Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
