Welcome to KadoZone! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KadoZone. KadoZone operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). KadoZone is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with all policies referenced herein (“Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence (18 years in the Netherlands), and you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage.

To access or purchase products, you may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your email, billing information, payment details, and shipping address. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person.

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, product appearance, including color, may vary depending on your device settings. We do not guarantee that product appearance will meet your expectations.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. KadoZone may accept or decline your order at its sole discretion. Your order is accepted only once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

If an order is changed or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.
Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund & Return Policy.

You warrant that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged. Prices do not include taxes, customs, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge all applicable costs.

You warrant that:
(i) your payment details are valid;
(ii) you are authorized to use them;
(iii) charges will be honored;
(iv) you will pay all applicable charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 11–12 business days
Total delivery estimate: 12–15 business days

We are not liable for shipping delays, customs delays, or courier errors. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

All content, trademarks, images, media, and designs on the Services are the property of KadoZone or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

KadoZone is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with KadoZone. Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from your transactions with us. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases and use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oss, The Netherlands, or the applicable Dutch courts.
